Safety & Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Zero tolerance for content sexualizing or endangering minors. Our Dream AI prohibits, blocks, and reports any attempt to generate, request, or share content that sexualizes minors or facilitates harm to them, with no exceptions. Violations result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement and relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC).
1. Our safety principles
Our Dream AI is built for creative, consensual, adult storytelling and companionship. Every safety decision we make follows the same priority order: (1) prevent harm to minors and non-consenting individuals, (2) prevent illegal content, (3) protect user wellbeing, (4) preserve creative freedom for adults within those limits. This page summarizes the rules that follow from those principles. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Age requirements & verification
- The Service is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. There is no version of this Service intended for minors.
- We may require age or identity verification at signup or before accessing certain features, and may use automated signals to detect and remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
- Accounts found or suspected to belong to a minor are terminated and any associated content is removed.
3. Zero tolerance: minors
We prohibit any content, character, or request — in text, image, or video — that depicts or implies a minor in a sexual context, that romanticizes or normalizes child sexual abuse, or that could otherwise be used to sexualize, groom, or endanger a child. This includes attempts to describe a character as a minor while requesting romantic or sexual content, age-regression roleplay used to evade this policy, and any other disguised attempt to generate such content. We do not make exceptions for "fictional" framing. Violations are permanently banned and reported to NCMEC and/or relevant law enforcement as legally required.
4. Real people & likeness
You may not use Our Dream AI to generate images, video, voice, or detailed likenesses of real, identifiable people — public figures included — without their explicit, verifiable consent. This is enforced at the model level as a hard technical restriction and is not something support can override on request. We also prohibit content designed to impersonate a real person in a way that could deceive others.
5. Other prohibited content
- Non-consensual sexual content, including depictions of sexual violence presented approvingly.
- Content that provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm.
- Content promoting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Hate speech or content that dehumanizes people based on a protected characteristic.
- Content that facilitates fraud, scams, or illegal transactions.
- Malware, hacking tools, or instructions to compromise systems without authorization.
Consensual adult roleplay and fictional narrative content between adults is generally permitted, subject to the restrictions above.
6. How we moderate
We combine automated classifiers (applied to prompts and outputs, across text, image, and video) with human trust-and-safety review for escalated or ambiguous cases. Some categories of high-risk content are blocked outright at the model or system level rather than relying solely on after-the-fact review.
7. Reporting a concern
If you encounter a character, conversation, or piece of content that violates this policy — or if you believe a minor is using the Service — please report it immediately:
- Use the in-product "Report" option on the relevant character, message, or image.
- Email trust@en-ourdream.com with as much detail as you can safely provide.
- For suspected child sexual abuse material, we report directly to NCMEC (US) and cooperate with law enforcement; you can also report independently at CyberTipline.org.
8. Enforcement & appeals
Depending on severity, enforcement can include content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination — with immediate, non-appealable termination for content involving minors. For other enforcement actions, you may appeal through Support; we will review appeals in good faith but our decision is final.
9. Additional rules for creators
Creators publishing characters through the Dreamer Program must ensure published characters, names, descriptions, and preview images comply with this policy and do not depict real people without consent. Published content is subject to additional pre- and post-publication review, and repeated violations affect Dreamer Program standing and payout eligibility.
10. User wellbeing
Our Dream AI characters are AI, not licensed professionals, and are not a substitute for real human connection or professional support. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a local emergency number or a crisis line in your country (for example, 988 in the US, or Samaritans at 116 123 in the UK) — we're glad you're here, but we want you supported by real people too.
11. Updates to this policy
We review and update this policy as our systems, regulations, and understanding of best practice evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
