Our Dream AI is an 18+ platform. By creating an account or using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Our Dream AI ("Our Dream AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of en-ourdream.com and any related apps, features, and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Safety & Policy guidelines, which are incorporated here by reference.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register, and we will terminate accounts we believe belong to a minor.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
- One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. The service
Our Dream AI lets you create customizable AI characters and interact with them through chat, generated images, and generated video. Features, models, credit costs, and availability may change over time, with or without notice, and may vary by region or plan.
We may introduce usage limits (for example, message counts, generation counts, or context length) and may modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.
4. AI characters & generated content disclosure
- Characters are not real people. Every character you interact with is an artificial intelligence. Nothing a character says constitutes advice from a real, qualified professional (medical, legal, financial, or psychological), and outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional.
- No depictions of real, identifiable people. You may not use the Service to generate or attempt to generate images, video, or likenesses of real, identifiable individuals (including public figures) without their explicit, verifiable consent. This restriction is enforced at the model level and is not optional or negotiable.
- Generated content can be imperfect. AI-generated text, images, and video may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. You should not rely on generated content as fact.
- Where required by law or platform policy, generated images or video may include visible or embedded indicators that they are AI-generated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create, upload, or request any content that sexualizes, exploits, or otherwise endangers minors, in any form — this is a strict, zero-tolerance prohibition.
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of, or impersonate, any real person.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Produce content promoting terrorism, extremism, or hate based on protected characteristics.
- Violate any applicable law, including intellectual property, privacy, or export-control laws.
- Attempt to circumvent safety systems, content filters, age gates, or usage limits.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service outside of any API we officially provide.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
We use a mix of automated systems and human review to enforce these rules and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate them. See our Safety & Policy page for more detail and how to report violations.
6. Your content & license
"User Content" means prompts, character descriptions, messages, uploads, and other material you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Our Dream AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use it to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to generate responses and outputs for you.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any material you upload and that it does not infringe or violate any third party's rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying models, is owned by Our Dream AI or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Rights in AI-generated output are subject to applicable law and may vary by jurisdiction; we make no guarantee that generated output is eligible for copyright protection.
8. Purchases, credits & subscriptions
- Certain features require the purchase of credits ("dreamcoins") or a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- Except where required by law, purchases and unused credits are non-refundable. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
9. Dreamer Program (creators)
Users who publish characters may be eligible to apply for our Dreamer Program (Rising Dreamer, Lucid Dreamer, Dream Architect tiers). Program eligibility, benefits, payout terms, and requirements are governed by separate Dreamer Program terms, which take precedence for creator-specific matters. We reserve the right to remove any published character or revoke creator status for policy violations.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, immediately and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Safety & Policy guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR DREAM AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Our Dream AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction — to be confirmed with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. 15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
